How far along? 16 weeks
Weight Gain? Still don’t really know...
Size of baby? “Dill pickle”
Maternity Clothes? The bump is still pretty itty bitty so everything still fits comfortably.
Pregnancy Symptoms? The itchy skin is under control this week, thank heavens! I was LOSING it last week. Haha. Things have been pretty mellow in regards to symptoms.
Sleep? Still comfortable! Which is good cause I am constantly tired and need as much sleep as I can get!
Cravings? For the first time in weeks I felt like I NEEDED chocolate. It has been so weird not wanting chocolate for this long and even weirder when the craving hit me all at once! I felt like if i didn’t get some chocolate ice cream with oreos or some hot brownies with cold milk I was going to lose my mind! But then when Kendal was at the store getting some supplies to ease my crazy cravings I made some dinner to occupy my mind, and the smell of chicken made me feel barfy and by the time I actually had my hands on the goodies from the store I didn’t even want it anymore :( Pregnancy… you do strange things to me.
Anything making you queasy? I still get pretty queasy if I don’t eat a snack every 2 hours or so but other than that there hasn’t been anything specific that makes me feel sick. Minus that night with the chicken I mentioned above haha
Gender Prediction? I have been so certain I am having a boy but we were talking with a couple at a friend’s wedding reception who just had a baby boy and she told me she was certain she was having a girl! Now I am wondering what is going to happen at the big ultrasound in a few weeks!
Baby movement? Nope! I bet that won’t happen until after 20 weeks… when maybe (hopefully) I am showing a little more and baby is a little bigger!
Best moment this week? I have felt pretty normal this week besides the usual tiredness. That was probably the best because I kind of felt like I had my body back!
Weird pregnancy moment? Being hit with the chocolate needs out of nowhere was pretty odd after all these weeks of wanting nothing to do with the sort!
What I’m looking forward to? As usual, I can’t wait until our big gender reveal to see what’s cookin in there! AND to feel those first movements of course :) I just hope I can actually recognize what I am feeling when the time does come!
